Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SolStax (the “Site”) and your purchase of digital items (NFTs) and physical banknotes (together, the “Products”). By accessing the Site or buying any Product, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who we are
SolStax turns real banknotes into digital collectibles on Solana and also sells authenticated physical banknotes. Contact: support@solstax.xyz.
2) Eligibility & accounts
You must be legally able to form a contract in your jurisdiction and comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the security of your wallet, devices, and any account credentials.
3) Wallets, blockchain, and fees (NFTs)
SolStax NFTs are minted on Solana and use third-party wallets (e.g., Phantom) you control.
On-chain actions are irreversible. Double-check wallet addresses and approvals before confirming a transaction.
Network fees (“gas”) and marketplace fees/royalties may apply.
4) Digital items (NFTs) — final sale
All NFT mints and transfers are final. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for digital items, except where required by law. On-chain records (mint addresses, transfers, metadata) are public and permanent.
5) Physical banknotes — orders, shipping, returns
Product condition & authenticity: We describe lots to the best of our ability; grading terms (e.g., UNC) follow industry usage.
Shipping: We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.
Returns: Digital items are non-returnable. Physical items follow our posted Return/Refund Policy (see Support page).
Taxes/duties: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, or customs.
6) Pricing, availability, and errors
Prices, supply caps, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors or cancel an order prior to fulfillment; if we cancel after charging you, we will refund the purchase price paid.
7) “Burn-to-redeem” (if offered)
Some NFTs may enable an optional burn-to-redeem for a physical note at posted dealer-level pricing. Redemption is subject to inventory, eligibility windows, shipping costs, and the specific terms displayed at the time of redemption. Burning an NFT is irreversible.
8) Secondary markets
You may list or trade your NFTs on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Magic Eden, Tensor) subject to their rules and availability. We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their performance, policies, outages, delistings, or fees. Creator royalties may be set on-chain; enforcement varies by marketplace.
9) License & intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a collection’s terms:
Purchasing an NFT transfers the token to your wallet but does not transfer underlying IP rights to the artwork or brand.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display the associated artwork for non-commercial purposes while you own the NFT.
“SolStax,” our logos, site content, and media are protected by IP laws. Do not use our marks or content without prior written permission.
10) Prohibited uses
Do not use the Site or Products for illegal activity; infringe IP; attempt to bypass security; exploit smart contracts; engage in market manipulation, fraud, or spam; or violate sanctions/embargoes.
11) Third-party services
Our Site and mints rely on third-party providers (wallets, RPCs, LaunchMyNFT/Metaplex tooling, analytics, shippers, marketplaces). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.
12) Disclaimers
Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Collectibles may be volatile and illiquid. Nothing on the Site is investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation (including blockchain/network uptime).
13) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolStax and its affiliates, officers, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Product giving rise to the claim.
14) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolStax from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or Products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
15) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective date” will be revised when changes are posted. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after changes constitutes acceptance.
16) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflicts of law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Las Vegas, NV. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
