What we collect
Website & analytics: IP address, device info, pages viewed, cookies (for performance, preferences, and analytics).
NFT activity: Public wallet address(es), transaction hashes, on-chain metadata. We never access or store private keys.
Orders & support: Name, email, shipping/billing details, the items you purchase, and messages you send us.
How we use data
To run our site, process mints and orders, prevent fraud/abuse, provide support, and improve products.
To send essential service messages (order updates, mint status). Marketing emails only with consent; you can opt out anytime.
On-chain transparency
NFT transactions and certain metadata are permanently public on the Solana blockchain. We cannot edit or delete on-chain records.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate—hosting, analytics, payment/shipping partners, wallet/mint providers (e.g., LaunchMyNFT/Metaplex integrations), and marketplaces (when you choose to list). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and security.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar tech (e.g., site analytics). You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please protect your wallet and devices.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, or object to/limit certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights; we’ll respond as required by law.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
